Returns & Refund Policy

How do I return a product?
If you're not happy with your purchase and would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for returning the product. Our Customer Support Team will tell you what to do to ensure that the return is accepted.


All returned products must be in their original condition and with the packaging intact.


Is shipping refunded on return?
All costs associated with the return of the product remain the responsibility of the customer.


What happens if the product(s) received are damaged/don't match my order/defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please provide your order number, the photos of the product(s) concerned and a clear description of the problems encountered. We will do our best to handle your problem as soon as possible.


How long does the return procedure take?
The return procedure can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a notification email to confirm that your return is being considered.


When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are made on the original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, refunds usually take place in 7-10 working days. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact your bank to find out what timeframe to expect it.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been validated, we reserve the right to accept or refuse this order. even if you have received an order confirmation email or your payment has been approved. If your payment has already been approved, and we refuse the order, we will refund you on the means of payment used.


Any cancellation on an order made on  will be subject to a cancellation fee of $5.00 regardless of the time elapsed since the order (even if it is only a second) since our banking and payment gateway partners charge us for cancellations.
Please note that all orders already prepared and shipped can't be canceled.


Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?
Please note that your delivery address can't be changed once your order has been prepared or shipped.
